About Our Pupusas

JC's menu brings Mexican and Salvadoran cooking together, and the pupusas are its Salvadoran signature. They sit with the starters (alongside pork tamales and empanadas) and are filled with pork, cheese and beans.

JC's Tacos and More is a family-owned and operated Latin American restaurant at 187 Henderson Highway in Winnipeg. Since July 2010 the Dubon family has been cooking from decades-old family recipes, with chef-owners Marvin Dubon, from El Salvador, and Mayra Dubon, from Monterrey, Mexico, bringing both kitchens together with home-made tortillas, well-prepared fillings and house-made hot sauces.
