About Our Parrillada

When the family is together, the parrillada is the dish to order. Chicken breast, chorizo and fajita steak arrive sizzling on a bed of grilled vegetables, with rice, beans and tortilla shells on the side so everyone can build their own.

JC's Tacos and More is a family-owned and operated Latin American restaurant at 187 Henderson Highway in Winnipeg. Since July 2010 the Dubon family has been cooking from decades-old family recipes, with chef-owners Marvin Dubon, from El Salvador, and Mayra Dubon, from Monterrey, Mexico, bringing both kitchens together with home-made tortillas, well-prepared fillings and house-made hot sauces.

It is one of JC's platters to share, alongside the giant El Senor Burrito, sizzling fajitas and arrachera. For bigger groups, JC's also caters parties, receptions, business meetings and social events, with custom menus on request.
