About Our JC Enchilada

Enchiladas are a customer favourite at JC's Tacos and More, and the JC Enchilada is the house version: a generous twelve-inch flour tortilla filled with cheese, sautéed green peppers, onions, mushrooms and the meat of your choice, finished on the grill with enchilada sauce, cheese and sour cream and served with rice.

JC's Tacos and More is a family-owned and operated Latin American restaurant at 187 Henderson Highway in Winnipeg. Since July 2010 the Dubon family has been cooking from decades-old family recipes, with chef-owners Marvin Dubon, from El Salvador, and Mayra Dubon, from Monterrey, Mexico, bringing both kitchens together with home-made tortillas, well-prepared fillings and house-made hot sauces.
